Refunds & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 28 July 2025


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or not fit for purpose. Returns for change of mind or customisation errors submitted by the customer are not accepted.

2. Return Window

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item showing the damage or defect

We may be able to resolve the issue without requiring a return.

4. Return Shipping

If your item is approved for return, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. You won’t need to cover return shipping costs.

5. Refunds & Replacements

If the item is confirmed to be defective or not as described, you will be offered either:

  • A replacement print
  • Store credit for a future purchase

We do not deduct any shipping costs from this resolution.

6. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or altered items
  • Custom-printed products unless they are damaged or faulty
  • Digital files or downloads
  • Gift cards

7. What Qualifies as a Defect?

A defective item may include:

  • Misprints (e.g. significant colour or layout errors)
  • Products that do not function as intended
  • Damage incurred in transit
