1. About Us

Micro Print Lab is a custom printing service that prints customer-supplied designs onto genuine LEGO® parts. We are an independent business and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group in any way.

LEGO® is a registered trademark of the LEGO Group. All genuine LEGO parts used in our service are sourced legitimately. Customisation is carried out by Micro Print Lab independently of the LEGO Group.

2. Our Service

We provide a custom printing service allowing customers to have their own designs printed onto genuine LEGO® parts. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By uploading a design or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are the owner of the design, or you have obtained full and lawful permission from the rights holder to use it.
Your design does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Your design does not contain material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
You accept full legal responsibility for the content of any design you submit.

4. Prohibited Content

We will not print designs that include, but are not limited to:

Copyrighted characters, logos, or imagery (e.g. superhero logos, sports team badges, film or TV characters) unless you can demonstrate you hold the appropriate licence.
Registered trademarks used without authorisation.
Hate speech, discriminatory imagery, or content that promotes violence.
Sexually explicit material.
Any content that is unlawful under the laws of England and Wales.

5. Right to Refuse Orders

Micro Print Lab reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders where:

The submitted design appears to infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
The design contains prohibited content as described in Section 4.
We are unable to achieve acceptable print quality with the submitted design files.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the designs you submit. By submitting a design, you grant Micro Print Lab a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce that design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We will not use, reproduce, or share your designs for any other purpose without your explicit written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Micro Print Lab accepts no liability for any claims, losses, damages, or legal proceedings arising from customer-submitted designs that infringe third-party intellectual property rights or contain unlawful content.

Our total liability to you in respect of any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that order. We recommend checking this page before placing each order.
