Micro Print Lab is a trading name of iam39, a sole trader business registered for VAT in the United Kingdom.
I print customer supplied designs onto genuine LEGO® parts. I am an independent business and I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group in any way. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this site. Once a part has been decorated it is no longer in its original condition and it is not a LEGO Group product in its printed form.
These terms apply to every order you place with me. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Where any part of these terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights take priority.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Your order is an offer to buy from me. It is not accepted at the point of payment.
A contract is formed only when I send you a dispatch confirmation email. Until that point I may decline your order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there has been a pricing or description error, or if your design breaches section 5 below. If I decline your order I will contact you and refund your payment in full.
When you submit a design to me you confirm that:
I do not check the ownership or licensing status of the designs you send me. That responsibility sits with you.
I will not print designs that include:
I may refuse, cancel or refund any order at my discretion, including where a design appears to infringe intellectual property rights, where it contains prohibited content, or where I do not believe the artwork will reproduce to an acceptable standard at the size required.
If I cancel an order for any of these reasons I will refund you in full. Where artwork quality is the issue I will normally contact you first to see whether the file can be improved.
You keep all intellectual property rights in the designs you submit.
By placing an order you grant me a limited, non exclusive licence to reproduce that design solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. I will not use your design for any other purpose, including marketing or display, without your written consent.
Files you upload are used only to produce your order. I keep them for 12 months after dispatch so that repeat orders and reprints can be handled, and I then delete them. You can ask me to delete your artwork sooner at any time.
Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years, as HMRC requires.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate, currently 20%. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you complete checkout.
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order, because every item is made to order.
If I discover an error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, I will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to continue at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
I deliver to UK addresses only, at a flat rate of £3.50 per order.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and a tracking number is provided. Please allow 3 working days for production before dispatch.
Unless I have agreed a longer period with you, I will deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being formed. If I do not, you may end the contract and receive a full refund.
Your order remains at my risk until it is delivered to you or to a person you have nominated to receive it. If tracking shows your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact me and I will raise it with Royal Mail and either reprint and resend your order or refund you.
Personalised and bespoke items. Items printed with your own design, text, photograph or other personalisation are made to your specification. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 these are exempt from the standard 14 day right to cancel, and you accept this when you place your order. I cannot accept returns of personalised items because you have changed your mind.
Before production starts. If you contact me quickly after ordering and production has not yet begun, I will do my best to cancel and refund you in full as a goodwill measure. Contact me as soon as possible if you need to do this.
Non personalised items. If you buy a ready made item from me that carries a stock design and is not personalised for you, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day after delivery, without giving a reason. Tell me in writing, return the item in unused condition within 14 days of telling me, and I will refund the price of the item plus my standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back. You pay the cost of returning the item.
These cancellation rights are separate from, and in addition to, your rights if an item is faulty. Those are set out in section 12.
Your rights here come from the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and apply whether or not your item was personalised.
To make this quick and easy, please email me with your order number and photographs of the issue. I will cover reasonable return postage on any item that turns out to be faulty.
My products are decorated LEGO® parts. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months because of the choking hazard.
Items are sold as collectable and decorative pieces for ages 3 and over. Printed surfaces are durable in normal handling and display, but are not intended for chewing, sucking or heavy play wear. Please supervise young children.
Colours on your screen will not match printed ink exactly, because screens emit light and print reflects it, and because monitor calibration varies. Small variations in colour, ink density and print position are normal and are not treated as faults.
If colour accuracy is critical to your order, contact me before ordering and I will advise on what is achievable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, my total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, and I am not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
I supply goods for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, I have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
You remain responsible for the designs you supply, and I accept no liability for claims, losses, damages or legal proceedings arising from a design you have supplied that infringes a third party's rights or contains unlawful content. You agree to reimburse me for any such claim brought against me as a result of your design.
I am not liable for delay or failure to perform where it is caused by something outside my reasonable control, for example postal strikes, supplier failure, equipment failure, power or network outages, fire, flood or illness. If such an event occurs I will contact you as soon as possible, and if the delay is substantial you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If something has gone wrong, email me at [email protected] with your order number. I will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days.
I may update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
